Hypafix, Non-Woven Tape

For use in patello-femoral taping and as a retention bandage. Top of the range protective tape by BSN medical, previously known as Fixomull in the UK. Hypafix is an adhesive, non-woven tape suitable for wide areas. Can be cut to shape or size required eliminating wastage. Strong, hypoallergenic Acrylic adhesive. High tensile strength and conformability make it ideally suited to the area that is particularly mobile, for example, joints or awkward body contours. Hypafix is also permeable to water vapour, making it less likely to be adversely affected by sweating, while also reducing the risk of maceration. Fixomull is now known as Hypafix in the UK.
