This economical concentrate uses a combination of effective enzymes to break down organic matter in just 10 minutes, making it ideal for use manually or in ultrasonic baths. Suitable for use on a wide range of equipment including flexible and rigid endoscopes, ET tubes and more.

Directions for Use:

Refer to the safety data sheet prior to use.

1. Dilute concentrate at 2%, adding purified water first, then PROCESSUS Enzymatic Instrument Cleaner.

2. Add diluted solution to suitable container for manual cleaning or ultrasonic bath.

3. Record date of dilution and dilution rate.

4. Disassemble instruments / equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

5. Rinse instruments / equipment with clean water first to remove gross debris.

6. Submerge instruments in the enzymatic solution and leave for 10 minutes. If cleaning endoscopes, ensure solution is flushed through the internal lumens/s.

7. Remove instruments and rinse with clean water.

 

Follow with PROCESSUS Instrument Disinfectant and autoclaving when required.

Ensure containers of diluted liquid are covered to avoid environmental contamination. Diluted product must be disposed of after 7 days, or sooner if the liquid becomes cloudy or contaminated.
