Big-O Cumine Scaler 221
A hybrid (double ended) instrument with a “spoon” curette at one end and a heavy duty tooth scaler at the other. The curette is similar to a small bone curette rather than a dental curette. The scaler end is similar to a Jacquette pattern dental scaler. It is hook-like having a simple curved shape without offset which tapers to a sharp point. The scaler is robust, being of thick metal, for heavy duty tasks. The deluxe quality handle (6mm diameter) gives a comfortable grip.
